Stephen Grant best sidelever sidelock ejector Gun

We restored this lovely gun to its original condition. We repaired non -working ejectors, refinished the wood, re-blacked the barrels, stripped cleaned and polished the locks. The owner used it with 1oz loads to hunt Upland birds this fall.

It was made circa 1904, is in proof and weighs 6 lbs.

Osborne 410 Hammer Gun

This formerly derelict gun has been restored to fine condition and is now in use in the field. If was made circa 1895 -1900 and weighs 4 1/2 lbs.

MacNaughton & Sons "Project Gun"

We recently acquired this fine high grade MacNaughton 12 gauge hammerless ejector 12 gauge with a broken stock. We are offering it restocked to its new owners measurements in exhibition grade walnut for $ 6500.00

Please contact us if you are interested in having a really nice guality upland gun.

All of our work is performed by hand in our own shops and is to the highest possible standards.

This includes:

  1. All types of barrel and action work including re-laying ribs, altering chokes, removing dents, polishing bores and re-cutting of engraving
  2. Re-storing Damascus barrels
  3. Cold and hot re-bluing
  4. Repairs to ejectors and lock work
  5. Custom making of parts including springs and firing pins.

Re-bluing of vintage shotgun barrels, is much more than simply re-coloring.  We start by completely removing all scratches and/or rust pits .  The barrels are then polished to a bright luster and treated in a special solution which removes every trace of dirt and oil. Ribs are re-laid if needed, and the barrels are then blued to a deep  color using a "cold" process that does not disturb the solder holding the ribs.

We take great pride in and fully guarantee all of our work.
