  1. Dissemble the gun ( i.e. remove the barrels from the action).
  2. We recommend that you use bubble wrap to separately wrap the barrels and the action  and place in sturdy cardboard carton or use a hard case.  Ensure that the gun cannot "shuffle" around in the package
  3. Make absolutely sure that the gun is unloaded and that no ammunition is included in the package with the gun.
  4. Contact us first to agree on the work to be done and then Include a letter in the package detailing the work to be done and include your name, address, phone and e-mail contact information.
  5. Include Proof of Ownership or a copy of the Registration with the package
  6. Ship my an insured Carrier. ( We recommend that our Canadian customers use the service of DHL-Loomis Couriers).

Alternatively, Our American and Canadian customers can bring their guns directly to us when they come to enjoy some of the finest wild partridge and grouse shooting in the world. Leader, Saskatchewan where M&S is located, is in the best upland hunting areas for Hungarian Partridges and Sharp Tail Grouse. Alternatively we can ship the gun to you at the address on your PAL

For Our US Customers who do not wish to come to Canada..

Once you have purchased a gun from us, in order to have it shipped to you in the USA, You will need to  obtain an Import license from the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Fire-arms (BATF). by completing the appropriate form (Form 6) that may be found on their website. It usually takes a few weeks to obtain their approval. Once we have a copy of the BATF approved Form 6, and a copy of the FFL from your local friendly firearms dealer, we will ship the gun insured and properly packed by air freight to him. Please note that the name of the dealer who will receive the gun, must be on the approved Form 6.

You can expect to pay about 4% duty on the Invoiced price as well as approximately $ 25 -40 to your local FFL dealer for receiving the gun on your behalf.

For Our Other Customers..

Generally speaking, in countries where the private ownership of shotguns is permitted, prior import consent must be obtained from the relevant government or police departments. They will issue you with an letter of authorization and/or an International Import Certificate authorizing you to import the gun. Once we have received this we can usually ship the gun and should be in your possession in two to four weeks. Please e-mail us to work out the required documentation and shipping logistics.
